Joy Ranch provides residential care to boys and girls ages 5 to 17. Staff receive on-going training in order to better serve the children and the ministry.

Joy Ranch provides health insurance coverage through Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. The ministry pays $225.00 toward the employee's coverage. Dependent coverage is available.
Joy Ranch provides dental insurance coverage through Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. The ministry pays 100% of the premium including dependent coverage.
Joy Ranch provides life insurance coverage for the employee in the amount of $25,000, plus an Accidental Death and Dismemberment provision, through Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. The ministry pays 100% of the premium.
Joy Ranch provides a Simple IRA after one year of employment whereby the ministry matches the employee's contribution up to 3% of salary.
PTO (Paid Time Off) Days
Paid Time Off Days for vacation, sickness, or personal needs are provided annually.
